2. We personally review every submission — no bots, no automatic approval
3. Once approved, you'll receive a unique, one-time discount code: $5 off your next order of $20 or more, valid for 30 days

Photo & Video Usage & Rights

By submitting a photo, video, or message, you confirm it is your own original content and that you have the right to share it. In exchange for your reward, you grant BY CHARLES, INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display your submission — in whole or in part — across our website, social media, paid advertisements, and other marketing materials, with or without attribution, and without further compensation or approval required. You retain ownership of your original content; you're simply granting us the rights to use it as part of this program.

We may decline submissions that are low quality, duplicates, don't clearly feature a BY CHARLES product, or don't fit our brand.
